Please print an inventory form so that you may keep track of your items on display/for sale at shows. These are also required at some of the venues and are mandatory at shows for insurance purposes. Please note: these are for your protection and information. SAW will use the forms as part of the process of payments for items sold but will not be used by SAW to itemize your sales from any SAW Shows.
